After the regular bars close, many head to Red Lite in Laval to dance the night away. The music is insane, thanks to the hard work of the many DJs that take the stage from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. all to make you move. These locally, nationally and internationally renowned DJs master the art of energizing crowds. Like many after hours places, the Red Lite doesn’t serve alcohol, but rather, energy drinks that help dancers survive until the wee hours. Divided in several rooms, Red Lite tries to please everyone and therefore features rooms with house or hip hop music, but also offers a room where people can relax between two dance sessions. The clientele is usually very mixed in terms of sexual orientation, but everyone is in a good mood. There is, however, an entrance fee to party with these troublemakers.
