Opening in the last week of July 2004, Newcastle's Digital is being presented as "the most technically-advanced and forward-thinking club and live music venue in the north" Described as having a "lush, industrial feel", its 1,400 capacity will be split in to two rooms at the city centre's Times Square, on the site of the former Powerhouse nightclub which has been bought and totally remodelled.
Digital boasts an awe-inspiring sound system with four industry-leading Funktion One dance stacks - one of only a handful in the world, complete with a cool six-figure price tag.
