At the helm, and with 20 years of international experience, Amika’s Chef Maurizio Bosetti is well known for his culinary art. Maurizio was the man behind the opening of one of Dubai's most highly awarded restaurants but it was in his home country of Italy where he first gained notoriety, receiving Zagat, Rosette and Michelin awards for his highly revered work. Separated from the restaurant, the uniquely designed lounge area consists of 14 tables, three sponsored VIP tables and an exclusively private table, providing very special guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy, away from prying eyes. With a vast bespoke cocktail menu, internationally experienced mixologists will serve behind the impressive six foot long onyx bar. Guests will not only be sipping the finest cocktails but will also be entertained by the amazing skills of Amika’s talented flairers.
