The O2 Brixton Academy is undoubtedly One of London's most amazing large venues and has seen events spanning across most genres and musical forms. And it has seen more than its fair share of top artists over the years from David Bowie, James Brown, The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan to The Beastie Boys, Cyprus Hills, and Marilyn Manson to Underworld, The Chemical Brothers, Orbital, Leftfield and countless others.
The Brixton underwent huge renovations in 2000 after its birth in 1929 as the Astoria Theatre and with its enormous main room has a capacity both seated and standing well over 4000.
