Sixx, a newcomer to the strip, evokes a lounge feel although Brian Casey, the general manager, made sure to inlude the dance haven influences from Amersterdam and Ibizia. A plus at Sixx is that there's no need to buy bottles just to grab a seat, which is a nice change of pace from the rather staunch SoBe guidelines clubbers are used to.
The Bar is welcoming, easy to access and allows you to oversee the dancefloor!
The Service is at it's peak, not often found in the greed driven SoBe...Refreshing and well needed in this City. The GM Brian Casey a well traveled and experienced Nightlife personality, tells his vision how he intend to re-create a more fun and real entertainment based Venue, instead just to attract the so called VIP's and Table service, as most money hungry establishment feature. Everbody is VIP!
Personally I felt at my ease, to find niches and comfortable lounge ares featuring Full screen Projectors showing movies and the walls are just perfetly sized, and able to receive all artistic exhibitions and installations!
The Soundsystem featuring a hi-end Allen Heat Mixer which is almost a rarity in this town, is crisp, and motivates you to dance!
Definitely a new reason for locals as well visiting guests to return on the magical Strip between 6th and 7th street on Washington Avenue!
