Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Adam Nics would spend much of his childhood days listening to his father's records. Of the collection, there was a strong disco influence from the 1970s and throughout the 80s with infamous synth pop bands such as Human League and the Pet Shop Boys. Throughout his teenage years Adam's interest in electronic music grew as he could be often found tuning in to Chris Sheppard's Pirate Radio.
At the age of 16, after being scouted and signed with a modelling agency Adam lived in Milan, Italy. The likeness towards electronic music flouished after being exposed to local discotech named Hollywood where he would listen to world famous dj's play. This put forth in motion his ambition to become a DJ.
