 | | | Real name / | Alex Barnett | Alex Nagshineh is a half-Iranian Londoner, raised in the wilds of the Norfolk countryside and first schooled in the art of music production by Martin Dawson (Two Armadillo’s) after a chance meeting whilst Dj’ing in 2007.
Honing his sound over the last 4 years Alex has just recently begun to unveil his skills in the studio and has swiftly gained a reputation as an imaginative and exciting remixer with a series of high-profile projects to his name. Notably a dotty reinterpretation of eccentric techno classic ‘Fox in The Box’ for Cologne imprint Trapez and a spaced out future-house take on the mighty Azari and III’s new single ‘Manic’ alongside fellow remixers DJ Sneak and Maceo Plex (Crosstown Rebels).
