His parents were music lovers and, from a young age, Alex was often gifted cassette tapes. In his adolescence he began experimenting with musical manipulation by recording mix tapes of electronic music from the radio. These developments in Alex’s youth cultivated an interest in dance music that has spanned his whole life.
