Al Gallelli began his musical journey at a very young age. Coming from a family of musicians, music was always a big part of their everyday lives. Most of Al’s childhood included listening to several genres of music such as Italian, Latin, Classic Rock, Disco, Funk and 80’s & 90’s Dance Music.

With a strong passion for music, Al dedicated to open a local and online record store named “Apollo Record Shop” in Rochester, NY. This had enlightened Al to pursue his musical career path. Even though the record shop had created new opportunities for him, the shop ultimately had to close in winter of 2006.

Al has had the opportunity to DJ with many talented people such as Luke Fair, Max Graham, Chris Fortier, Ricky Ryan, Shlomi Aber, Quivver, Sean Qusick, Tom Morgan, Balerik and Gabriel Sordo.

In July 2008, Al released his debut Ep “Che Bella Vita” on record label Synthetic-Art (Croatia). The Ep featured two of Al’s tracks; “Che Bella Vita” and “Carmela”. Al’s first release was a success with the support of many DJ’s around the world. Che Bella Vita reached seventh on http://mypromopool.com/’s top charts. Later that year, Al released a remix of Art Patrice’s “Spacecase” on Beat Code Records (U.K.)
Al continues to make music daily and will be creating new and authentic music throughout his lifetime. Al is giving away ten of his new tracks for free on dcafé beats online radio show on January 23rd, 2011. Al’s main priority these days are to have his music heard and to further develop his sound.

Al has always been very dedicated to his music. He spends most of his days listening, DJing and creating music. To Al, music is not just a passion; it’s a cultural way of life. His musical journey has been a great experience and he hopes to continue for life.
