Atlantic cut his teeth as a DJ during the late nineties in South Africa, holding residencies at popular South African Deep House clubs, most notably with DJs and producers Troydon, Guy Herman, Jon S and Ryan Dent— at many of Johannesburg's front and foremost clubs in the early 00's. During his years there, along with frequent guest appearances at Truth, The Foundation and Theatre on Track, he had the opportunity to land on the roster with a host of international DJs. Atlantic relocated to Boston, USA at the end of 2004.
