Born in West London, brought up in Aberdeenshire, North East Scotland, Alex Aubrey (Aubreychenko), 30, began his love affair with mixing underground music, especially Techno, as a young man learning to mix on vinyl from the age of 18. Influenced by the the Detroit Techno and Chicago House music scenes, it was only a matter of time before he returned to his Southern roots to put all the pieces of the puzzle together; aligning his early musical influences together with the recent wave of Deep House and Minimal sounds, he has all the diversity and skill to keep you guessing throughout his innovative sets.
Aubreychenko currently holds residency for Sound Advice (sa), alonsingside sa chief, Nathan Rivers, better known for their monthly nights running at Cargo.
