 | | | Real name / | BassTheWorld Party | Definetly the oldest on-going Dubstep Party in Berlin. It all started as an one-off party @ClubMaria in spring 2005 promoted by DjMaxximus to celebrate his BassTheWorld-Mixtape release. With loads of excitement for the slowly emerging Dubstep sound it was no question to pick up the idea of promoting on a regular basis.A short while later Dj Maxximus joined forces with Mackjiggah, Orson and SomethingJ to organize 3 Partys @Raumklang booking Skream for his first Germany show aswell as Loefah and Kode9. Fortunatly, in summer 2006 it was possible to move back to ClubMaria (the 2nd room called Josef, that is) where the soundsystem was more appropriate and where there was a potential to grow. Since then, BassTheworld (promoted by DjMaxximus and Mackjiggah) invited artists from UK, France, Israel..
