Started his music career as a drummer for a rhytm & blues band called 'Riff & The Four Four' at 15. By 17 he was a Dj playing Funk, Soul, Rare groove on the London circuit. Found his first studio home at Lee Berwicks 'Digi Dub' studio in Camberwell, London. It was there that he met his first music mentor Tony Thorpe (Moddy Boyz, 400 Blows). The real trip started there.
Ike Blackliquid Ngwaba is a published artist through Azucar Entertainment and has a published catalogue of various electronica from bumpin house to downtempo/chillout grooves through the Universal Music Library Group. Is a producer for soul/gospel house label Magnify Music led by Dj Rain aka Darrell Edwards and partner Jennifer Edwards. In March 2006 he formed the London based house label "Baldeelox Records" with a UK DJ?Promoter. After leaving that entity in 2007 formed his label "Blackliquid Music" Working with various people including Mark Bell (Shaboom & Shaboomamerica) in a music production and dj capacity. He is also a signed artist on Open Bar Music led by Oscar Poche. In late 2008 he merged Blackliquid Music with Mikey Gallaghers label Shanghai Sessions to form the LA based brand/label House Sound of LA. In 2009 officially launched the label at Miami WMC at the Global Media Summit an have since released many titles from artists such as Dale Hooks, Digital Impression, Amy Keys, Oscar Poche, Sonny Wharton, Reza, Cheets, Clemens Rumpf & Angie Brown, Dub Mechanics, Christian Scott, Chris B, Vienna, Fleetside, Sparks & Nova, Votchik and the list goes on.

Also responsible for remixing awarding winning artist DJ Colette - Feelin Hypnotized -Blackliquid Remix- Om Records. This remix is featured in the 20th Century Fox Movie "Devil Wears Prada" and is also on the movie soundtrack.
