Named by Graham Sahara (Seamless UK) as the second best in the DJ Live the Dream Contest of SEAMLESS Records of England in 2010, Jairo also Known as B-Liv, is one of México´s Top 10 Dj´s, with more than 13 years experience.
In January 2010, he won the first place in the MXP4 Remix Contest of Ministry of Sound London with the Touch Me remix of Tina Moore, he also won 2nd place in the Mousse T D.I.S.C.O Remix Contest / Berlín in August 2010, and in January 2011 he won the Remix Contest for the label Protoxic Code2 Paris / Berlin.
In addition to his many performances in Bogotá, Miami, Milwaukee, Chicago, Washington, Mexico, and more, he was DJ resident at the prestigious Club in Washington DC Meze, Dj in Playboy Mansion of the Mexico parties, guest of FG-Radio Underground France, Massive Grooves NY and Alternative Radio Argentina and he is the only DJ of Colombia that has been presented to an audience of 25,000 people in the main square of Mexico City, the Zocalo.
Has remixed to ZION in California, Mousse T. Landroids in Germany, Protoxic in Paris, Vim Cortez in Italy and Julian Brody in Los Angeles among many others.
Molacacho Barcelona, Empo + Label, FourPeas Miami, Intelligenix Records, Code2 Berlin, Retoric and Deux Minds are some of the labels with whom he has signed his music, and some of his tracks have led the Top 10 sales of some of these as Beatport listings for over 10 weeks in 2011.
