A veteran of the Montreal club scene, Brad Slyde has also been making radio waves on CKUT 90.3 FM since 2001 with his weekly Heavy Rotation show. In 2003 he began using his mailing list to re-broadcast the episodes and the Heavy Rotation "Funkmail" was an early form of podcasting and one of the first mp3 series in the world. An extremely versatile club DJ, Brad has performed scratch and breakbeat sets alongside everybody from A-Track to Z-Trip, Q-Bert or Ninja Tune's DJ Food, as well as appearing at events with Nicky Siano, Frankie Knuckles or Mark Farina playing disco and house.
