Fact: the sounds of Cassegrain will get under one’s skin; the techno twosome have been making some of the most immeasurably evocative techno in the past couple of years, releasing serious heat for the likes of KILLEKILL and Prologue. When it comes to finding the eeriness and eagerness in between tunes, Cassegrain has it covered.
With their latest release, Tiamat (available this week), the duo sprawl their best work yet, enduringly calling it “master-class techno.†We at URB know that’s the case, which is why we asked them to contribute a mix for our podcast series. To say we’re stunned at how good this is would be a lie; but to say we can’t stop listening to this podcast would be the truth. That damn good. Judge for yourself as you enjoy some top-tier atmospheric techno carnage.

This week it's time for a duo with close links to the Prologue label. An imprint with an impressive following, to which Cassegrain have no doubt contributed.
Performing both as DJ's and as live-act, both see them drop or live edit their own releases on Prologue, Killekill, M_Rec Ltd and Mikrowave.
All of those are fine labels if you ask me and I'm not alone in this, Cassegrain's tracks are getting played by many DJ's around the globe.
Ben Klock has been hammering "Hyena" in his sets for a while!
