Greek DJ & producer Chamelio S. was born in Southern-Germany as the older son of greek imigrants which moved in the early 60‘s from northern Greece to Germany. Purchased with 16 his first vinyl (David Bowie / Queen - Under Pressure ) but discovered very soon his love for the black music scene of the 80‘s. Penetrating into the Chicago and Detroit Housescene early and till today he loves and plays Minimal-Techhouse-Electro with Deephouse influences.
Growing up in a music-oriented environment. Surrounded always by the music scene starting from the Breakdance/Hip-Hop movement in 1984 and german electronic music scene. Uses Ableton Live including his own tracks, in combination with CDJs and 1210 in order to create a live-remixing-set with many suprises and variety.
Signed with his brother, songwriter and singer VA:SEE ( Vassilios Parashidis ) by record labels SoulstationOneEleven www.soulstation111.com and the label VA:SEE & Friends. In both they are today co-owners and work as producers for several other djs and live-performance acts.
