I'd probably been DJ'ing (term used loosely) in private for about 5 years, be that at friend's houses, after parties or lock-ins, before I thought I was good enough to put a mix out there and begin to play out.

I got my first real break when I was asked to play for Coco de Mer @ The Magnet, sharing the bill with such luminaries as People Get Real and Jimpster. After playing at this, I was asked to become a fully fledged resident. Guests since then have included AME, Will Saul and SLAM.

As well as that I am currently co-promoting a small night in Liverpool, very much in its infancy, called VIVA VIDA. Its a all-welcoming party with hopefully the right vibe and people involved. Our aim when we started was to provide good quality house music without ego; we hope we have succeeded in doing so.

My musical tastes are pretty wide ranging I'd say, with my main DJ influences for where I'm at now being 'old' hands such as Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos and local boy done good, Yousef, as well as the new school of house and techno, Raresh and Reboot to name but two.

From here on in, things are looking good with plenty more postive vibes on the agenda. Really hope you dig my view on things and appreciate what it is I'm trying to achieve; put simply, to see y'all dancing.
