 | | Coldgeist start out in 2008 begginning with composition and taking his time to intricately carve his sound into the kind of tones that he felt best represented himself.
Attracted by the hedonistic side of the techno circle begginings, his music nourish on several scenes: Detroit with the various projects ran by Gerald Donald (Dopplereffekt, Dreciya, ...) but also on the new-wave scene and german techno with collectives such as Sandwell District. Relying on those three pillars he delivers a dark music with cold and melodic textures that he plays during analog lives. His dj-sets are different, he proposes a more tough techno, mental and powerful.
It is starting from 2012 that things became more serious for Coldgeist, playing at shows such as Astropolis and signing a release on Correspondan..
