Having received much praise during his studies for his technical abilities and musical feeling he started to play publicly, first at parties, moving on shortly to gigs in small clubs. By the summer of 2007 he was receiving invitations to play at the best clubs in town, alongside renowned and established DJs.

The following year, 2008, was to be the year of his full recognition as a musician, a personality and a talented performer. He played at some of the bests clubs in Brazil, such as: Dreams Beach Club, Kiwi Bar, Glam Champagnerie, Parador Beach (Estaleiro), Case, Baturité, General Hamm, GOA Bar, WARUNG Beach Club - voted Brazil’s best club by DJ Mag.

He also made appearances on Groove Channel (Web TV), and on the 'Warung Waves' program on Atlantida Radio FM.

Danee then spent some time out of the country to improve his knowledge and skills. Heading for Europe, he played in London at the exclusive Heaven Club where John Digweed was already resident DJ, and in Berlin at the traditional Tresor Club in the 'Suicide Circus', and at both gigs he went down a storm.

After just two years as a DJ, Danee has shared the stage with DJs from all parts of the world, including: Paul Harris (Toolroom Records/UK), Lee Cabrera (Emotion/USA), Max Cagliero (Proton Music/ARG), Fabricio Peçanha (BRA), DJ Leozinho, Rodrigo Paciornik (BRA), Life is a Loop (3Plus/BRA), Jacob Richter (Extrasmart/ALE), Robert Hood (M-Plant/USA), Martini Bros (Pokerflat Recordings), Nyllon (Eletrodomésticos Rec/BRA), Eduardo M (TechnoPride), Daniel Rosenmann (Club-On), Luke Hope (UK) and many other.

Musically Danee’s influences are deep, minimal and progressive house, but his versatility as a DJ and his excellent knowledge and understanding of electronic music make him one of the strongest upcoming contenders on the international club scene.

As a result of his hard work, natural talent, and critical acclaim Danee was honoured at the AIMEC AWARDS 2008 as the best new artist, surpassing the achievements of many others DJs from south of Brazil.
