Growing up in the Northwest Darren first embraced dance music back in 1991 making the short trip over the hills where he lived to go clubbing at the Angels in Burnley. A few years later he moved to Stoke and got a job working right next door to the legendary Shelley’s, which soon became his local haunt. Dance music was fast becoming an obsession and Darren travelled further a field to clubs such as Renaissance in Mansfield to see his favourite DJ’s Dave Seaman, Sasha and John Digweed.
In 1998 Darren invested in his first pair of decks and soon after he was playing in small local club nights..
