One thing is sure, talent and art are not teachable, you can improve with the time, but that sort of magic that allow you to stand above the others is always a gift. In this case i’m talking about Deniz Kurtel, an artist that only in the recent time has been spotlighted by the international scene, but soon many people will know her name. Daughter of an artist family and emigrated to the USA has been plagued naturally by the electronic music world. But the console and the studio equipment were not her first tool. Visual art, Led, visual performance aren’t the typical activity for a musician, but for sure the harmony you can find in some fields is useful also in others. Discovered by the prestigious Wolf +Lamb in the 2005 in the recent time has literally haunted Damian Lazarus who hardly wanted her in his Rebels crew. As a Rebel she give to us gems like The L Word, contained in her debut album Music Watching Over Me. Deniz has a long way in front of her and only the time could be the judge, but meanwhile we want to discover something about her.
