Katalist grew up in and found a love for music deeply rooted in Detroit. He began by throwing local parties and club nights under his company Protostar. Word spread quickly and soon Katalist was DJing, producing, and building his studio. In his 13 years as a DJ, he has performed over 1500 shows in 14 states. He currently is a resident at Bookies, where you’ll find him mixing everything from motown to hip hop to rock and techno.
