DJ Mehdi is one of France's leading hip hop producers who has collaborated with artists such as Chromeo, MC Solaar, Daft Punk, Kourtrajme, Akhenaton, Cassius, Versatile, Super Discount, Asian Dub Foundaton, K-os, Futura2000, Ryuichi Sakamoto and Carol King.

He has released two full-length LPs: 'The Story of Espion' and 'Lucky Boy', the latter on dance punk label Ed Banger. He is a resident DJ at the legendary Paris club Pulp, and often tours with Busy P and Justice.
