 | | | Real name / | Nick Smith | | Aliases / | Nic Nac, Beat Geek | DJ Nic Nac aka Nick Smith grew up just outside the Detroit area. It's where he called home until late 2003 when he relocated to San Diego California. Nick is definitly no stanger to music. In his teens he acquired a drum set from a family friend, which marked the birth of terror that whould soon fall on the neighbors. Nick started attending raves in the Detroit area with longtime friends and producers, DJ Bassick and Joshua Harrison.This introduction was all that was needed to unlock the rhythmic fire that would certainly explode onto electronic music in the future.
