Dj Sonic starts is career in 1990 in smalls clubs and underground rave parties, and on the Parisian House Station “ Radio FG” with his “Chill Out Show”.
Influenced by the Dj producers and artists from New York, Chicago, Detroit & Italy he happened to meet, his original style and “House Music” sets lead him to play in major clubs and events worldwide:
“Mayday 5” ( Germany), the “Womb” (Tokyo), the “Limelight” (New York), the “Jet Set Club” (Moscow), the “Bliss” (St – Marteen), the “ Nikki Beach” (St – Barth), the “Bar City” (Hong Kong), the “Mad” ( Switzerland), the “Sircus Rave” (Canada), the “Mecca” (Prague), the “Aquarius” (Croatia), the “Privilège” (Ibiza)… as in Parisian’s best Clubs like the “Elysée Montmartre”, the “Bataclan”, “L’Etoile”, the “Manray”, the “Rex Club”, the “Queen”, the “Folie’s Pigalle”, the “Redlight”, the “Bains Douches”, the “Studio 287”…
In 1994, Sonic runs his own label “Omnisonus”. Dj Producer for ten years, he has signed 40 singles on labels such as “Lafessé Records” (Supermen Lovers), “Nervous” (New York)…
He was the first House music Dj in France to produce an album in a major company with “Zig-Zag” to POLYGRAM.
In 1999, Sonic meets the famous French Movie Director Marc CARO (“Delicatessen”, “The City of Lost Children”). Sharing the same passion for electronic music and science fiction they decided to co-produce an album and obtained the support of the NASA, which provided them sounds and videos from Space flights. It is in this context that “COSMOPHONIC FIRST FLIGHT” has been licensed by Rambling Records (Japan) and Le Maquis (France).
Today, Dj Sonic is respected as a pioneer of electronic music and recognized as a great talent of House music on an International scale.
2007 is a turning point for Dj Sonic from Paris, he starts his label MANSION MUSIC with his new single TOGETHER (original + remix by CROBAR’s MIAMI resident DJ STEPHAN LUKE), distributed worlwilde in Vinyls by Topplers & digital by Beatport.com. 2007 releases :NIKKI BEACH COMPILATION with “EVERYBODY needs somebody”,
2008, crisis what crisis?? Sonic appears on Compilation releases : LA MAISON DE L’ÉLÉPHANT/ IBIZA with “Tribute to the moon”
2009 DJ SONIC is preparing several house music singles like “The Train to Paris”….new artists are now signed on MANSION MUSIC : THE MODULATIONS & STEVE RAY join the team , MANSION MUSIC is now distributed by Believe, itunes, beatport….
