In just a few short years, SuperDre (aka Dre) has brought her unique sound and contagious stage energy to packed dance floors and events across the nation.

Releasing her hip-hop influenced funky, minimal techno sound on her boutique label, Bass Candi, Dre thrives in the live environment delivering most of her sets on turntables, an art becoming more and more rare among Producers/DJs.

Sponsored by Native Instruments, Dre’s skills were featured in the Technical Genesis series, a ten volume showcase of her ability to effortlessly create a unique mix of minimal techno, electro and retro. Her appearances and accolades also include independent films, holding down the popular “AFTER Club 104.5,” on Grand Rapids’ largest radio station, 104.5 WSNX, as well as in 2009 being voted the area’s “DJ of the Year” and one of the “Top 10 Most Influential” electronic artists to come out of the region.

Serving up her distincitve brand across genres, demos and venues, Dre has shared stages with hip-hop acts like Slum Village, The Cool Kids and D12, DJs/Producers such as DJ Irene, Filastine, Bassnectar , John Acquaviva, Ana Sia, Heavygrinder, Punisher, and Terrence Parker as well as a variety of other national indie and electronic bands.

With a multi-genre musician approach as a producer, her ability to move fans of all musical styles as a DJ and to deliver energetic live turntable sets as a performer, Dre brings a uniquely innovative style yet retains a soul rarely found in the electronic music scene today.
