As a DJ, Düzi is straight-up split personality: half the time it's funky disco house, and half the time it's powerful banging electro. His musical dichotomy is a product of his history: in the late 90s he went through the "rave" era, and in the early 2000s he was exposed to the thriving funky house scene in downtown Vancouver. For Düzi, the venue, the crowd, and the vibe of the night dictate which genre he decides to serve up.
