In the world of electronic music there are few DJs that have during their careers played in as many festivals, parties and had residencies in such prestigious venues. This is Eddie Santos, synonymous with willpower and talent, he is “the man behind the decks”, typified for giving soul to the music, with eighteen years of experience honing his focus on the art of DJ-ing.

Eddie’s professional career started in 1991 at Pintaí Club, Alegrete City in the countryside of Brazil. This was his catalyst which lead to securing residencies in larger clubs such as Venezza, Portezuelo, Lacamorra, Buda Bar and Base, to name just a few.

In 2002 his horizons were broadened and opportunities opened on his arrival into London. With charisma, a very good taste for music and impeccable mixing skills, Eddie gained residencies in notable clubs such as Bondai (Chelsea), Mint Bar, Po Na Na (Wimbledon), Revolution Bars (Soho & Bank) and Kosmopol (Chelsea), and parties such as Never Enough, Precious People, House Session and Lipglosz.

When visiting his homeland in the summers of 2005, 2007 and 2008, Eddie played all over the country, including Neo (Porto Alegre), Moinho Lounge Club (Passo Fundo), Viptronic 9 (Santa Maria), Ibiza Club (Atlantida Beach), Confraria das Artes (Santa Catarina), Cozumel (Xangrila Beach), Inside Club (Curitiba), Kimik (Porto Alegre), Planeta Atlântida Festival 2007 (Atlântida Beach) and also New Years Eve of 2005 at Laguna Del Souce in Punta del Este, Uruguay.

Initially influenced by acid house, new wave, funk disco and house music, today he produces sets full of style influenced by years of research into electro culture and music, always incorporating new mixing techniques and music selection. Eddie Santos draws on his unique talent, considerable experience and upon styles from minimal tech to house to electro, confirming his excellent reputation on the London scene within small or large clubs, exclusive parties or DJ residencies.
