 | | | Real name / | Sam Kidel | Having grown up in Bristol and being influenced heavily by the city's burgeoning Dubstep scene, Sam released his first record as B-LAM on Ruff Records when still only 17. After growing disillusioned with the music's development he schooled himself in more eclectic electronic music/noise/sound art, and started the Young Echo collective alongside (left_blank labelmate) Vessel, Kahn & Zhou (both now signed to Punch Drunk).
