After "careful consideration of all the facts and circumstances" Scottish prosecutors have decided to drop the charge of possession against Erick Morillo, which related to an incident at Glasgow Airport in December 2008.
Erick Morillo was detained and arrested at Glasgow Airport this past weekend on charges of alleged cocaine possession. He was released on bail and is set to return for trial in March.
