 | | | Real name / | Facundo Cruz | Facundo Cruz was born in February 1987 in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and since a very young age he boasted a close tie with music, being brought up at a household where rhythms like progressive rock, eighties rock and bossa nova were constantly listened to. At the age of 10 he began his guitar studies focusing mainly on rock and being especially influenced by artists like George Harrison, Nick Drake and The Beatles, taking part of several bands, improving his technique at the Escuela de Música de Buenos Aires (EMBA) where he also studied piano and bass-guitar.
