Alberto Arranz aka freedomB was born and raised in Madrid. His early musical influences came from the disco sound of the 80's and progressed through to Chicago house in the 90's.
In 2010 he won a scholarship from the Fanta Robertus Contest and went to perform in San Francisco. This 2 week stay saw him play in various clubs around the city.
When he returned to Madrid he took up a residence at the famous Session Up Club where he shared the stage with Paul Ritch, Paco Osuna, Okain, Marco Carola, Ambivalent and many more.
In 2011 he was signed to Monza Ibiza Records and in January 2012 he moved to Berlin where the sounds of the city and the various artists there have started to influence him.
He now has a monthly residency at GoldenGate in Berlin with Wakeful night where he is dj /..
