ENGLISH BIO ENGLISH BIO Funkyloco, aka Pablo Varela, started his DJ career in 1989 stimulated by acid house and hip-hop. His sound was formed on the basis of record labels including Strictly Rhythm, Tribal America , Crydamoure , Roule and Murk Records and has remained true to this with a consistent slant towards deep, funky and tech-house. His DJ sets are well regarded in the Argentinean house scene and known for being very versatile, adapting to the venue and crowd without compromising on musical quality. As producer he has so far released the ‘Locostyle EP’ on So Sound Recordings with massive support from DJs such as Mark Farina, Ken ECB, Julian Sanza, Inland Knights, Toka Project, Nacho Marco, Moodymanc and many more.
