I am D'LASSO, an up and coming producer and DJ, based in London, but was born in Finland. My DJ career started in the underground warehouse parties in east-London in the late 90s and from there I started playing in private parties, clubs and bars in London and Cardiff. I am classically trained musician and got fed up only changing records, so I finally decided to go full-time making music and throw myself fully to the world of music. As DJ I specialise in techno/techhouse and underground disco.

In the last year, I have managed to keep my promotion going, and taking it now to a different level with many gay and straight scene promotions now collaboration with me. I start the parties again in MaY at Horse and Groom in Shoreditch. Guy Williams(Black Rabbit), Severino(Horse Meat), Kath Harding(Market/Wish),Elliot J Brown(Gutterslut), Jo Mills(DC-10, Amnesia etc) are amongst people I have worked with previously, or will be working with me this year.

Recently I was shortlisted to remix for 19 Management, but the remixes were not YET what they were looking for. However, I have now a very personal contact with them, including Universal label.

My production, however, is going to the right direction and I will launch my own label this year with varied artists releasing tracks via HOURS label. You can check samples of my new production here:
