Fri, 02 Oct 2009  /  111 CommentsInternational Deejay Gigolo has just released another statement regarding the allegations that DJ Hell used recordings that required Felix Da Housecat's permission to release.
Dear All:
International Deejay Gigolo Records, on behalf of all the staff and DJ Hell, would like to thank everyone for supporting our music, in particular the single '
The DJ feat. P. Diddy.' We are happy to report that the reception has been great, and therefore appreciate those that have left the music to do the talking.
Fact 1: Both Gigolo and Hell support Felix and have not only shared stages with him but even previous records/releases and all manner of fun things.
Fact 2: P. Diddy and Bad Boy have have heard the Hell record, like it, approved it and handed the copyright over to Gigolo to release on the Hell album and remix and re-release as a single.
Fact 3: Gigolo did approach Felix about the recordings and their origin sometime ago but no conclusion (or email response) was made from his side.
Fact 4: Despite a request from Gigolo, DJ Hell was denied the opportunity to meet with Felix at a recent party in Paris where they shared the bill. In spite of this Gigolo is keen to see both Techno dj/producers sit down with a cup of tea and talk the matter over.
Until we manage to realise Fact 4 we would like to put this whole story down as a misunderstanding, and we wish Felix good luck with the release of his new album.
Thank you.
Gigolo records.
