A music lover from an early age it was a trip to Ibiza in 2006 that solidified Higgy's love for house music.

After first learning to DJ in early 2007 (with thanks to Makie), it was in September 2008 when Higgy helped launch house & techno UNhinged that he first really got involved in the Manchester scene. After co-promoting and being resident at UNhinged, which ran for 2 years, including a monthly night in Oldham plus various events in Manchester including at The Music Box, The Mint Lounge, Sound Control and Spektrum (above Sankeys).

During which time Higgy also held a residency at deep/tech house night Surco, playing alongside the likes of Cesar Merveille (Cadenza) and Sam Russo (54 Music).

More recently Higgy has found himself playing at Sankeys for well respected promoters Kaluki & Electronique, where he can be found setting the mood in the bar area with his own style of groovy deep/tech house.
