London based dj and vocalist, jackie misfit was inspired by music at an early age. owning her first keyboard at six she soon realised her life's passion and went on to graduate from the conservatorium of music as an accomplished vocalist and pianist. her yearning to express her music in all it's forms led her to a variety of bands and instruments until finally finding her place on the dance floor.
in 1999 she moved to london and went straight to the underground techno scene. She started her Djing career playing in underground squat parties all around London.

She also started a project with a band called Def by disco where she was singing and playing keyboards. Soon she becomes resident in Ultraplay and Airmusic in London as well as Zapatilla in Brighton, Grappig in Madrid and Atomik Music in Coruna and start touring.

In 2006 she releases her first record "Mama Cocha" for Lokomotiv Recordings which gets remixed by great artists such as Valentino Kanzyani, Bodycode, Mauro Alpha and Andrea Paganin.

Today Jackie runs her own label Echolette Records with her first release "Kundi La Mapendo" remixed by Nima Gorji and release "Manzanillo" remixed by Hector she then follows with Aquarell's Roots n Culture EP and remixes by herself, Shaun Ingham, Nigel Moss, Paul Cochrane and Santos Resiak soon to be out.

She is also organizing projects for her label with new and well known artists. Soon her first LP will also come on Echolette. She also has upcoming releases for other labels overseas and in Europe.

Echolette has been supported by several Djs such as Marco Carola, Radio Slave, Locodice, Johnny D, Karotte, Lee Burridge, Solomun, Andrew Grant, Solomun, Yousef, Josh Wink, Hernan Cattaneo, Marco Resmann, Martinez Brothers, Alex Neri, Feygin and many many more.

She has also played for Klubbers Festival in Madrid, Danzoo for Space of Sound where she spun with Sven Vath, Format B, Agoria, Oscar Mulero, Tobi Neumann and Marco Faraone!
