Michael McLeod grew up around music, his father was a mod and his mum had a love for motown music. He Started off on guitar in his teens then on to the computer to produce music as a hobby when he was 20 using his online gaming alias Jakal as his artist name Michael also produces under Mr. Mike Holyrood.
Michael runs and manages the digital music label Fixate Records which has had support from Max Cooper, Frenkie V, Los Updates, Da Lukas, Miniminds, Swallen, Vandal, Suspect Delivery, Odessa Soundfreaks, K-Hand, Flash Borthers & Mark Gwinnett + more.
