John was fascintaed with the idea of recording from the radio using casette tapes and would always play with Dad's Hi-fi setup adjusting the trebel and bass to make different sounds come out and this was at the tender age of 6. Brought up at a time where the Garage scene was starting to become the next best genre to hit the uk, John soon became familiar with watching his mates mix garage vinyl's on the Technic 1210's. He quickly picked up the art of beat matching at the age of 13 and was obsessed with the idea of one day owning a DJ setup.
