 | | John Simmons is a dynamic people mover with more than fifteen years experience behind the turntables. Inspired by the early 90s House music produced by Chicago and New York artists and spun by djs on the radio, he began to cut his chops in Chicago's then thriving underground and rave scene. John credits Soul Foundation, a well-known group of dj and producer friends in Chicago, as an important and constant source of inspiration and musical education. John has played thousands of events in Chicago, throughout the United States, and internationally. He has been able to further connect with and influence people through his past work at local record shops Hot Jams and Supreme. John was able to gain some important international touring experience in the early 2000s while working as road manager..
