In the beginning there was an ironing board...
Kerstin Eden was not aware which huge impact it would have, as in 2003 she nicked her mother's ironing board and placed her 1210s and a mixer on it. Today, some years later, she has not only inspired some guys with home booth architecture, but also provided sore leg muscles for many party freaks. Inspired by Berlin she relaunched herself in 2008 and dropped the name k.lectra which had been her DJ pseudonym in the past years.

Music is her philosophy of life, the beats are her way of expression. You can actually see and hear her passion for music, when you experience how she infects the party crowd with one of her long mixing sessions - which has always a surprise to hold. Not to forget the permanent smile on her lips. The ingredients of her cheeky, experimental sound are crispy tech-house and deeper techno, peppered with tribal sounds and fat basslines. In recent years her reputation as insatiable sound machine has grown continuously and an outstanding club history and large fan base have been established.

From Berlin over Frankfurt to Munich; the live wire behind the decks is well-known in Germany for special marathon sets. But also clubs from overseas are knocking on Miss Eden's door. The Volar, Hong Kong's first address for electronic music and also further hot clubs in France, Spain, Russia/Sibiria, Switzerland, Cyprus, Belgium, Poland and the Netherlands have experienced her show. In 2010 she became resident dj in the legendary U60311 in Frankfurt, Germany and mixes 2 times a month at that special place. Second she became part of Level NON Zero crew which is known as the label crew of techno mastermind Pascal FEOS.
2011 ABSTRACT, germans biggest agency for techno artists and company for big festivals like Nature One, Mayday or Ruhr in Love asked her to join their artist rooster.

Next to many German clubs (for example: Arena Club, Bar25, Dice Club, Maria, Polar TV, Pulp Mansion in Berlin; Home14, Monkeys, Rheingold in Düsseldorf; U60311 Frankfurt; BKI in Hamburg; Residenz in Paderborn, zuHouse in Dortmund, Elektroküche, Opernterrassen in Cologne; Drifters, 18months in Freiburg… and many more) big events as the Loveparade, Ruhr in Love or Luft und Liebe are marked in her referencelist.

For 2012 she has already confirmed gigs at winterworld and mayday and her first self produced ep will be released in spring. The story continues..
