la royale is alec sander, born in 1990 to a mid class mexican family, he started experimenting with analog synths and roland drum machines at the age of 15, giving up punk rock music for soul and funk, he produced his greamy 8 bit distorted LP called Lines. He owns Electrique Music, one of Mexico's few contemporary disco labels.
If you are swinging through the country, he is also a proud resident at Mexico's finest clubs : Rhodesia Social Club , M N Roy and Disco Lopez.
