A mix spawned from what is obviously a passion for groove and soul, Mr. Day takes us on an 80 minute ride filled with raw, swinging deep house. The sort of music you would love to hear on a rooftop somewhere, the day after, surrounded by gorgeous people who just want to party. Deep and uplifting in parts, loaded with soul throughout , this is definitely a mix that we'll be dancing to for some time.
Our latest installment of the MDC takes a look into the mind that is Lewie Day. A young talent who is no stranger to the club or the studio. Having already worked with labels like 8 Bit and Dirt Crew and having a stream of releases on the way gaining support from people like Motorcity Drum Ensemble, Wolf + Lamb, Pezzner, Geddes etc. it's not hard to see where this little character from Melbourne is headed.
