Already as a 4 year old, Richard Liapin played the trumpet in a subsidy programme of young talents in Estonia. But tagging a statue of Lenin didn’t really bring him honour but a totally new personality and job. Since this mischief he tried to earn his living as a Free-Jazzer in circus cabinets, calling himself „Nepomuk Hororwitz”. Trained by a contortionist, he gained the artistry of folding up. In the end he was able to turn his body into the shape of a Vodka bottle. This ability finally helped him to escape in a glove box of a Sowjet – standard- truck a couple of years later. Shortly afterwards he opened up a barber shop in the south of Germany to cut the hair of 16 wanted members of the RAF. Since then, the hairstyle is known as the famous “Terrormatte”. Through Rudi..
