It is in Izhevsk , the capital of electronic music, where a good idea occurred to one of its citizens to create a music project Loony Welt. In 2009 after hard work and exploration of different analog and digital instruments for writing music the world saw Loony Tab’s first release in Mineral Records. The track entered Top Downloads 100 chart of the largest digital store Junodownload.
