Biography of Lucas KeizerLucas Keizer began Djing in dirty warehouse's in Houston Texas around 1999. Originally getting into house while looking for somewhere to lay down the card board and start breakdancing, later turned into a passion that fueled many events, releases, and dj gigs. Playing alongside acts such as Julius Papp, Mark Farina, The Lawnchair Generals, Olivier Desmet, Joey Youngman, Jake Childs, and Jonn Hawley to name a few, Lucas Stays bussy on the home front. After djing many clubs and venues in Houston, Lucas started to gear his focus towards the studio. Combining jazz, funk, and soul, with hard hitting techy house beats is the direction that Lucas found his creative muse heading. After attending school for Audio Engineering, and production at Media Tech, Lucas started his own lable in 2007 "Homesick Recordings". |
