Born in Lille on 1982, mainRo has always been passionated by music, especially with his parents who was passionated too and listened all kind of music...always.
It's only in 21 years which he decided to start deejaying. The style he plays is house music with sonority deep, Indie/Nu-Disco & tech house.
He has already played with artists like Seth Troxler, Agoria, Maceo Plex, Ryan Crosson, D'julz, Gorge, Nina Kraviz, Rainer Weichhold, Remain, and in many place like N.A.M.E. Festival(Fr), Magazine Club (Fr) or H2O(Be).

mainRo starts producing with his friend Pao on 2008 and released tracks on labels such Family N.A.M.E., Love Not Money or Straight Music.

On 2009 they decide to create their own label called Straight Music to produce some original sounds,and promote up and coming talents,as their concept is to mix newcomers and more established artists.

His new moniker Art is A Consequence is ht results from the meeting of Max Duke, Pao and Mainro, three music lovers always looking for new sounds. On 2011,they started to produce together,to put their talents and influences in common. This gives a very explosive mixture, dark and energetic, something like "Nu-House". They released tracks now for the wellknown Family N.A.M.E records, Love Not Money of his own imprint Straight Music.
