"Marcio Techjun is a resident dj and creator of the weekly party named Mothership at D-Edge Club in Sao Paulo, elected it as the 9th best club of the World in the DJ MAG Magazine and in 2005 the MixMag magazine elected it as the 4th best club of the world, along with Cocoon Club (Germany) and Womb Club (Japan).

Marcio Techjun is today one of the biggest names of house and techouse in Brazil and he`s played with some of the greatest djs of the planet, such as Ricardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, Luciano, Loco Dice, Michael Mayer, Kevin Saunderson and others.

On May of 2006, Marcio Techjun has played at Skol Beats (the biggest electronic music festival of Latin America) in the dance floor arena of The End Club along with the Djs Sven Vath, Tiga, Loco Dice and Timo Mass.

Marcio starts doing music in 2003 with influences of Miles Davis and Underground Resistance and in 2007 he released your first music in the brazilian fashion brand named Colcci collected cd. Techjun`s sets has already received compliments from artists as Kate Simko, Agoria, Funk D`Void, Gabriel Ananda, Gaetano Parísio, and Nathan Coles, who had also played with him, and all that, due to his mixing style which transmits deep feelings to the public, mixing between deep house, house and techouse with a very unique and personal style.

In the year of 2003 Marcio was awarded the second best dj of Techouse in Brazil by Noite Ilustrada supported by the biggest newspaper -Folha de Sao Paulo- in Brazil and in 2002 he was awarded the second best revelation dj in the same awarding.

The beginning of his career started early, when he was only 14 influenced by the House Music of Frankie Knuckles and the Techno of Derrick May and by the age of 15 he was among the 3 best of a dj championship. After this he didn`t stop working and during the last 15 years he has been present in the line up of the best parties, clubs and festivals of electronic music in Europe, America and South America."
