From an early age Mick was exposed to the electronic magic of music via his fathers “Kraftwerk”,”Vangelis” and “Tangerine Dream” albums. When the “Detroit/Chicago” sound emerged from the states he new this was what he had been waiting for. He began writing his own music in 2002 and with long time friend started “Elektrosouls” a website delivering music mixes for download, wich progressed into the “Elektrosouls Recordings” imprint. THis was initiated by Micks first release “Morphological Construct EP” seeing him and the label being well received by the techno community and his peers alike. Having also released records by 90′s veteran “Jaime Read”, French deep techno producer “Erell Ranson” and new talent – Dublins “Slowburn” the future for the label is bright. Mick also collaborates with label partner Samuel James as “New Town Soul” and together they are responsible for a remix on the third release for “Erell Ranson” Mick is also a resident DJ on Berlins well respected “Estimulo Show” and is known to smash the dancefloor with his effortless blending of deep electronic soul.
